    We've been having a (sometimes heated) discussion about what detail a PPI should go into and who should do it. (the mechanic who's always been working on the car anyway, might have a skewed view, for example) In this case, it's done by a prospective purchaser, and was obviously going to be used in the negotiation of a vehicle purchase.
