She is a very twisted woman. Buy her some specialty cleaning products and a nice cover for your Ferrari.

 

26 years on 9-08...I got her a gold ring, she got me a BBR 1/43 model of my car...it just happened to show up on Fchat around 9-01, time to have it ordered and on the way by 9-08.

5 years...fuzzy

 

Five year anniversary we flew from Honolulu (stationed on Oahu) to Denver to watch Denver kill the raiders. She bought me a leather Broncos jacket and a Festina watch. Still wear both to this day. Killer wife.


I gave her 34 seconds of good lovin.'........and a sapphire ring. (complimented it with a sapphire and diamond (small ones) bracelet today; she turned 30).

On a more serious note, I've gotten my wife: purses, rings, gift certificates to spas and resorts, vacations, a plasma television (more for myself), and shoes, necklaces, watches, victoria's secret, etc... I feel for you though, it does get tougher every additional year you're married.

 

I know this is a big ask for blokes but... try to think inside her head (not yours). Best present my ex ever gave me was after we'd divorced:it was a kiddy coffee table book BUT it was about Ferrari. If he'd given me that as a wedding present instead of the antique Rolex (I HATE antiques! He loved them) we might have stayed married.

Our 5th is next year. She's never been overseas so I'm taking her to the UK for 3 weeks.

For a 5th anniversary present I crawled up on the roof and went to work on a south facing chimney with a copper rod, a piece of chalk, a string and some white paint, spending a weekend on the project. By the time it was finished the house had a sun dial that was accurate on her birthday and our wedding anniversary. Thanks entirely to good fortune these two dates straddle the summer equinox perfectly. It’s her sundial, and a wobble in the planet aside, it’s pretty accurate for four weeks a year. She loved it.

As an aside you would be amazed by the number of people who assume that it took serious mathematics to plot the sun’s position, little realizing that any ape with a stick could do the job.

Juat had my fourth and bought her a matching diamond necklace and pair of earrings.

We're going on a trip for our 5th. Haven't decided where yet........I'm leaning towards an island though. Bora Bora.....Tahiti.....etc.
