My own recipe. I bought this dip at Costco: Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread - La Terra Fina one container is too big for one person and even after splitting it with my parents. It is still too big. I also bought a whole chicken and pita bread there. Have a big block of cheddar I'm also trying to use up. Great lunch, since the dip is Greek yogurt based it is kind of Gyro like.
I made egg salad and chicken noodle soup. Have a new recipe for egg salad. I used Kewpie Mayonnaise bought at an Asian Market (Its Japanese), but you can buy it at Costco. Dash of paprika and it was very good. This mayo: Kewpie Mayonnaise 500g (Product of Japan) — KewpieUSA (kewpieshop.com) its great with burgers too.
