    OK, here is a shot of the bumper almost ready for primer. Gouge filled, pockmarks filled, almost done being sanded. Doesn't look like much now, but it will look nice when done!

    If you mean a polyester body filler you're right, but there's quality & then there's Bondo(TM)...

    Ive taken my bumpers off and made my own style mondial.My bumpers were really good and straight.If you want them I'll sell you the lot for 200 Dollars.You can have the grill too.

    Birdman, you'll be fine - good work. Epoxy is better for filling big chunks like that because it is a far better adhesive than polyester, and it doesn't shrink on cure nearly as much as polyester filler.

    Polyester doesn't stick particularly well anyway, and when a "plug" of it shrinks inside a hole or gouge it tries to "pull" away from the edges.
