I personally think that working hard and working smart is a great start to fulfilling your dreams of owning a Ferrari. However, like Donald Trump often says, you have to love what you do. No one will force you to be passionate about a certain field of entrepeneurship. Its something you have to find for yourself.

I am an individual that is working to achieve my dream of one day owning a Ferrari, (even though I dont like the direction in regards to styling...lol), but I am 20 years, I have a audio and video production business, and officing in a very expensive part of Dallas (Turtle Creek). I am grateful to God for knowing the things I know and having this will to suceed and achieve great things.

While I was high school (only a couple of years ago..lol), I drove a "shoddy" car, while I was jealous of others who drove new Mustangs and Camaros and cars like those. So I decided to buy a Ferrari when I got older, and come back to my hometown to show others what you can do when you're determined not to be the least of people.

I will not settle for medicority in life, and if you really want to own a Ferrari, listen up you teens on here....you gotta be smart and work hard and long to get the reward you are climbing for.

It's been asked before and threads have been created. Do a search as people either are tired of telling their story or don't want to say.

    My advice........

    Live below your means
    Save, save, save
    Only purchase appreciating assets
Then when you know your ready...........your ready.

    Agreed.

6speed is a great site started 2 years ago.

F-chat has been around for, well, a bit longer then that(just look at my join date {Join Date: Dec 2001}and I am no where close to being one of the first). No offense, but this is a question that the search function will answer.

It was an interesting read the first time, or second time, or third time... but this is a bi-weekly occurrance and it isn't that interesting anymore.

its sort of a ****ty question, why dont you ask those with $XXX net worth vs those who drive 100k + ferrari's. Just because someone choses an older ferrari or one that is below 100k doens't mean they are not sucessful.

I"m a realtor in Irvine and i have to say, i'd have to sell a crap load of houses to afford one of these beauties, especailly the F430.

Say, i'd probably have to sell about 10~15 houses just to pay for the car...

But what do most of these people do and do they finance or just pay off the car in one lump cash?
