355 What do you fellows think of this low-mileage F355 Spider at Symbolic?

It's priced at what I thought was the top of the market, until that black '99 sold on BaT. The ad says the stickies have been addressed and the catalytic converters have been replaced (in 2010), but no mention of valve guides or exhaust manifolds. I'm wondering with the low mileage, if things would start going wrong at an alarming rate once the car starts to be driven.

Also, what do you see that would need to be addressed?

What might a fair offer be for it?
