    I'm considering the following car and would appreciate input on a good price:

    1996 yellow/black spyder
    12K miles
    newly rebuilt manifolds, new cats
    no leather shrinkage
    clean interior
    challenge grill

    needs 30K service next year
    needs valve guide update (borderline comp/leakdown numbers)

    Based on selling my 1996 355 spider red/tan in the spring of 2005 in perfect condition except 30K service for $73,000, this seems to be a $65,000 to $70,000 car. Prices have come down a little in the last year.
