I am looking for a nicely maintained 308/328 to compliment my 360 Spider.
I don't mind one that has some miles as long as it has been cared for.
What are your thought on value of this 1980 308 GTSi that is on E-Bay?
    What's it worth?

Pretty exhaustive list of improvements, yet done 5 years ago.
What else might need attention that is NOT on the list?
What is not stock on the car? What questions should I be asking besides the recommendation to do a PPI? I have seen a few 328's on E-Bay in the 20's, yet they
    probably need some work.
Bottom line, what would you offer for this car?

Tough call. I would probably say high 20s or MAYBE low 30s. A 1980 gtsi with those miles is just not worth that much, but is pay more for this one than usual because of all that's been done (assuming a recent belt change). Looks like a great car, but it just won't have the market value of an earlier carb car or later qv, and the miles will drive a lot of people away.

Fwiw, I paid $23,400 for essentially the same car last spring with somewhat lower miles. The major difference is that mine had been well maintained but not fully gone through like this one. I think the market will only reimburse this seller so much for the extensive repair/rebuild work he describes.

Looks to be great car. I'm not so fond of the wheels and interior colour but hey. Over here in the UK you'd be in the late twenties, early thirties in pounds sterling for this.

It seems to be a drive & enjoy car. There's huge value in that, regardless of mileage. Go speak to Porsche people and see what the value of low mileage in 30+ year old cars is. Driven is good.

But how many miles since 2007/8? Has it been sitting for 4-5 years?
