    The first stories showing the dusty car said it was an English expat fleeing parking tickets and fines that could have put him in jail but a later story on Jalopnik, a website, said it was one of nine cars grabbed by the authorities as part of a criminal case. I wonder if they have released them by now and put them up for sale?
