So sad I had to put that last part in there....ugh the sound of the new F1 cars is just horrible....but that's another thread.

Looking for my first mod to my 360 Spider and really want the F1 shill sound. I'm not too concerned about performance or weight, more on the sound.

From what I've heard so far online Tubi and Capristo are out, as they are more deep sounding and I'm looking for the high pitch wine.

Now I also want to say that I was thinking of running Fabspeed headers, into high flow cats to the exhaust, so I'm not sure this will have an impact. Will also be adding the Gruppie B intake system....which may also have an effect.

The two companies that I have heard that I like so farare Power Craft and Kreissieg. However they are both Japanese companies and I didn't see any US distributors on their website. Additionally, from what it looks like the Kreissieg is 6K which is significantly more expensive then all the other options for 360 exhaust.

Now I did see a video posted by Fabspeed that came close to the the sound with a yellow 360 Spider advertising their "sport catalytic converters" but I can hardly believe that that just changing out the cats produced that change in sound.

Any advise, tip, and vendor recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I installed an Agency Power valved system some time ago now and I'm very pleased with it. It is the most shrill sounding 360 I have heard. Definitely more so than 360+Tubi, 360+Capristo and also 360CS (stock).

Poor sound recordings by mobile phones make it difficult to gauge different systems. If you find my install thread there is a before (stock) and after video shot on the same phone at the same location which at least gives a good comparative.

My 2001 360 coupe has Agency Power headers (JetHot coated), Kinetix high flow CATs, and FabSpeed muffler (no valves).

The car sounds great!!! No drone, seems to have more of the F1 sound at the wider throttle opening IMHO. Most of the time the windows are down, radio is never on. Just the sweet sound of a flat crank F-car!!!!!!

    Hope you find your sound...

    Timate is an option.

Video does not do it justice, but have heard a Novitec on a 458. Closest thing I have heard to the F1 sound. You could hear the exhaust notes blocks away from the car event.

Tubi sounds deeper, but I've heard the Capristo level 3 and use to have a twin sound, both are capable of the high pitch sound your looking for.

I think headers, test pipes and timate would be the loudest F1 shrill your gonna get. Probably extremely so, but I would love to hear the sound clips!

Kreissieg exhausts from Japan seem to have the highest pitched, F1-like notes from their exhausts, both for V8s and for V12s.
