    and yes I know the guy says it is from a beearing failure not a belt failure...I wonder how many F-car parts are used this way and actually NOT on cars...I have seen sofas made from rear clips, clocks of course from the dash and we all know about the gated gear shift various gears and sprokets for paperweights...any other Ferrari furniture worth mentioning? I am talking about creative recyling of ferrari parts..not licensed items like computers cameras etc.

    Indeed, here are a couple of pics of a 308 piston that I removed from an engine that suffered the dreaded timing failure... It is quite impressive how the broken valve face actually embedded itself into the piston... It is now a good conversation or desk-weight piece.
