Alright, I feel stupid asking this but...what holds the 308 GTS fuse panel cover on? My panel has one largish hole in it on the left side and there is what appears to be a corresponding screw hole in the dash opening. What is the fastener that holds it in? A screw? A knurled knob? The parts diagram is not clear. Seems to me the fastener should be something easy to remove without tools for those times when you need to quickly get to the fuseblock.

A spring loaded knob and a ball on a pin that lock onto each other.

they are called ' TENAX Safety Fasteners '. And there should be a second one on the right lower edge of the panel.

    Best Regards from Germany

Sorry I dont. What are you missing on your car? Maybe post a pic of the problem. In your illustration, the upper part is the ball stud, it threads into the dash. The lower part is the spring loaded knob/socket assy which is attached to the cover.

I see now. It's a tenax fastener, just like the ones on the parcel shelf holding the GTS targa panel cover. I knew it had to be something simple. On my panel, there is simply a pencil sized hole and I had no idea what was supposed to go there.
