355 What hose/wire sits on rear crossmember? It liberated on my car

good afternoon,

I found that the hose going along the rear most crossmember liberated, since its clamps raptured off the crossmember.
Reason is that my driveway has a step which the car sometimes (or quite often) touches, which grinds off the bolts holding the clamps.

Does someone know what this line/hose/wire is for? Looks like its going to the rear wheels (unfortunately I cant see it properly since I cannot lift the car currently). Also could not find any Info on the technical drawings.
