    Hello Peter,
I do read instructions, not sure what you mean by that.
I don't think you shouldn't show your work. Its when you start saying how you build for a living and take commission builds and then people start asking if you will do some for them. You know where it can lead. I don't think you did anything wrong. And the Admins didn't lock your thread down. Just want to give you a heads up.

Do what you want. But I know how the sponsors can get. They got upset with me once. But that was before they posted the rule about it.

I'll still show some builts but I know where the line is.

I wish you the best now that your trying to get back into building again. Its more difficult now then it ever was.

Ed...what I meant [in my own way I guess] is the old saying "did you read the instructions first". I should have been more clear. It wasn't directed at you but rather myself. As far as getting back into building...I was never "out"...just switched to part time until the time was right to go back full time...just a clarification. The work just built up to the point I had to go full time again. A good problem to have ;)

If you keep building models like the F40 you should be doing very well. It looks real nice. Its good to hear you have the volume. That means people are still interested in detailed hand made models. Its getting difficult with model companies like RedLine, Spark and a few others that are offering these nice builts for the price of most kits. Its hard to beat some of them. And also some of the nicer diecasts.

Yes...one of the main reasons I stopped doing production models. They were just too expensive compared to the "made in China" slew of stuff coming over. So it's less models and more detail. Problem will come back though with companies like Feeling43 looking to China to do high detail work.

Every so often I will have a built model for sale. If anyone is interested they will be listed in the Ferrariadds section. I was told that is OK w/admin. since I am a subcriber.

    Thanks!

I think it should be OK to show your work. Just go easy on the solicitation.

You seem to be very talented and seeing good work in this section benefits those who see it.

Yes...Studio 27 makes a good CF decal. Go to Karmodels.com. They do mail order out of Canada and are very good with aftermarket stuff.

    Tell David I sent you.
