So to sum up...do 355 and above owners think there **** dont stink?.....Who is going to tell them the bad news?..LOL

I suspect you are incorrect it's just that anything newer than a 348 is so much faster that you probably are missing the wave in the blur :D

I think you will get that reaction from none ferrari lovers, the ones who just buy the car for status. Even if i am in the f430 spider i wave big style to oncomming 3x8s. Last month i even pulled along side a red 400i and exchanged waves, that was good to see.All ferraris are great.

Wise words indeed. Shame there seems to be a "cut of point" in the waving or not waving numbers. Plenty of 550/575 360/430 owners here who'll do it, but a lower proportion to the 3x8/355 group. In a Caterham or Lotus 7, everyone waves whatever model or age. Andy, you agree?

On the flip side, other "owners" rather than "enthusiasts" have the right to think, "what a w4nker, waving just 'cos he's got a similar car".

I think you've just defined the difference between an enthusiast and a poseur who justs want to be seen in a Ferrari.

Or perhaps just an ordinary bloke who bought a Ferrari because it appealed to him more than some of the alternatives........

Let's not be too harsh on these guys who are not rabid Ferrari enthusiasts. The floating voter - who might buy a Porsche, Bentley, Aston or whatever next time - is more likely to walk away from an arrogant dealer than those of us who have a secret fear of being black-balled for complaining!
