    I am looking at a 2007 Cayman S with tip, 10k on the miles, 19" wheels, gray with standard black interior.... He wants $45 and I offered wholesale of $39 in this economic environment...What do you all think is fair???

    Fair? You're buying a used car, fair doesn't factor into it. If he says yes to your number, then that means two things, 1 you can get the car for that number and 2 you probably paid too much. If he says no, then fish around at another dealer or go for a private sale, cars are cheaper when they aren't on a dealers lot.
