What is considered high mileage?

    Wow, there will be enough questions about that TR to make a whole thread. I'd be curious how many major repairs, but realize at this point it is mute. If it was purchased relatively new and used regularly I'd argue that is the best thing that could happen to one of these. A few miles a year brings on issues that this car never would have had. It would be hard to extrapolate any issues had on this TR to one today with few miles on it.

    Unfortunately, if you go by some Ferrari owners here,
    anything over what the car was delivered with is "high miles".

    If you are going to sell it, NEVER pass 12K miles....

    If you are going to KEEP it, 100K is just another number...

    FWIW I would be happy buying a car with 100k miles or even 150k miles if the records show it has been maintained like clock work.

    I would bet that a car that has been used and maintained will cost less to own than a garage queen that suddenly becomes a driver.

    Drive 'em, thats what there made for!
