    A NAVIGATOR APPLIANCE is an artificial leg or arm for one of those workers whose salary is costing the United States Government hundreds of millions of dollars. The Navigator's job is to assist citizens in signing up for the Affordable Health Care Act.

    Steve- What Jimmie said. Mine does not have it, but the infotainment booklet covers its operation for all the Becker stereo systems.
