Remove tires/wheels and brakes and A arms, grind off bushing spot welds, knock out all inner bushings, press in new bushings, spot weld new bushings, and replace front ball joints?

Am I correct that rear outer A arm bushings are steel and typically don't need replacement?

Trying to figure out if I want to pay to have this done, or do it myself.

I have all the ball joints and inner bushings on hand or on the way.

I am thinking it shouldn't take more than 3 hours per wheel to do this, but on this car, I am often very wrong!

    Thanks,
    Doug

I did a similar job last year on my 308...I think 3 hours per corner may be a bit tight but it was my first time. I would say it's a two day job total including any unforseens. I "rebuilt" the rears and it is pretty simple, just make sure you keep all of the parts in proper order. If you go with poly bushings make sure you lubricate them properly to avoid a squeeky front end, especially after it gets on a wet road ;)
