I would say UT, but Hotwheels isn´t bad either.

And if I´m, not mistaken, there is no such thing as a Bburago 355.

UT is the best, followed by Hot Wheels(they copied the UT mold) , the Majorette sucks.

There was a difference between UT Ferrari 355 models..

Most had solid brake rotors and no calipers

Some had a black painted Caliper with "Ferrari" written on it and a drilled rotor.

Course, option #2 was better. Pictures soon...

Never saw a Majorette, but I think even the UT, well, almost sucks. They didn't even bother to cast an opening front decklid! Overall proportions seem OK though.

I have several of the Hot Wheels. 1 of the UT's. The UT is Nice. If you are interested I have an extra of Rob's Silver 355 Challenge from Hot Wheels with #7 on it. I bought it at Concorso Italiano in 2004 from Auto Affair. It seems to be missing the surrounding back drop cardboard. That is why I bought another one. I never removed it from the box.

thanks guys for that it makes it more clear to the 1 i will be getting.
i like the UT and i think i might get the spider, however i also like the GTS, but these are hard to find! Especially in red with the targa roof in black, whats with that by the way, shouldnt be all one color?

Also where is it possible to obtain an original 355 UT box as the i i might get has No BOX?
    thanks Guys for your help!!

I checked the manufacturers on mine: The GTB is UT, the GTS, the Spider and the Challenge car are all HotWheels.

The GTS was hard to find. I ended up buying a "construction kit" from HotWheels for it. Really simple, just screw a few pieces together and voila a nicely detailed GTS.

Worst case you get yourself a red HotWheels GTB and cut the roof off. The difference in the two models is not that big.

400AUD, that's alot money... um, I think you can get a red GTS UT for about 150USD, but the supply in US ebay is less. And you may search Germany EBAY, you can find the F355 GTS UT red more often. and the price is about 75-110EUR.

If you don't mind it comes without box, the price is lower.

For red GTS UT, I have 3 pieces, yellow GTS UT, I have 3 cars, The HW F355GTS is good too... I have 6 (2 yellow, 1 red and 3 black ones). The price for HW ones is vary, there always some HW yellow GTS you can find in Germany Ebay for 40EUR. For red ones (HW), it is slightly higher, maybe 50EUR. For black one, it is available in kit version for US Market, it has discontinued already, I bought 3-4 sets from US and sent to Hong Kong, the cost is about 300-350HKD (50-70AUD).

My whole F355 (HW and UT) collection consists of 48 pieces, 36 normal (either GTB, GTS, Spyder) and about 12 GTBs with racing livery.

    Hope this helps.

No wonder Gerra456GT has trouble finding a GTS model. You have bought them all up!

You must be talking about an Asian Warehouse. I knew how good UT models were...and when AutoArt in California offered discounted UT Models as a close out, I bought every UT model they had.

I bought it all! All the McLaren race cars, all the Ferraris ect...At one point in 2000-2001 I had several thousand UT models. In fact the new owners of ScaleCars.com still have some of the less popular ones.

If you saw Ferrari UT models, then I wonder what will ever happen to them
