    Hi guys,

    I do not want to start a debate specialist vs approved dealers, we have all had experiences good or bad.
    What I want is to give F- network one last chance to redeem itself.
    I have tried Maranello - not bad overall but what they had supposedly fixed seemed to have gone wrong again. Someone has recently posted pretty appaling feedback on them.
    Around London there is HR Owen... any feedback from these guys ?
    Any other alternative in the london area ?

    As long as the work you wan't done isnt warranty work any ferrari specialist can do the work, as long as they follow the service guidlines and use only Ferrari / approved parts it won't affect the factory warranty....which means a trip to see Karl Verdi

    If you don't mind driving an hour down the M4, try Dick Lovett's in Swindon, I bought my car there and have no complaints, I thought the service was good

    I wouldn't take your car to HR Owen. Unless you like paying 110+VAT per hour.

    Oh same as Maranello then.... Go to Karl Verdi if you can at least the guys Human with morals....
