I used the search option and can not find the current MSRP. KBB and Car and Driver list the '08 F430 F1 at approximately $216,375(probably w/o ceramics?). And kbb list at $233,297 (carbon ceramic brakes listed as standard at this price). With the changes in the dollar, etc, I am wondering if anyone knows the most up to date MSRP of 2008 F430 F1.
    I appreciate your help.
I am new to the forums and hope to share in the pleasures of Ferrari ownership and look forward to enjoying this wonderful Ferrari Chat.com site with all of you.

Welcome to the forums... I hope you enjoy your stay as much I am enjoying it ...

Well, the MSRP of a 2008 430 Spider is 175000$ if I'm correct. Here in Lebanon, a brand new 430 Spider F1 from tbe dealership costs 320000$ USD.

    It's about $223K USD for a 2008 Spider F1. The 6 speed is about 10 grand less.

I put a deposit on one in Feb for a almost fully optioned version and with Title, Taxes, delivery, gass guzzler, etc it's coming to about $290K USD. About the only thing I didn't get is the carbon engine bits and the Nav and the "middle ground" speaker system. If you go for the top of the line Bose, that adds another 8 grand (I just went for the upgrade but not the full Bose).

CCM is now standard and the warranty is 4 years.

The fitted carbon fibre luggage is about 5 grand (I passed on that too)

I supposes if you went really nuts (custom paint and every accessory) it could run as high as 330.

    Delivery is in June.

    Hope this helps!

i think i liked it better when F didn't offer "option overload." My 2000 Modena has two options - a 6-disc cd & red calipers.

My coupe was 181 plus tax, etc., ended up slightly over 200. Once of the things that will keep the price of these up is that the new ones keep getting more and more expensive. I suspect the 430 will end up at a MSRP over 250 before the model is done.

MSRP on my new 2008 Spider was $228,447. This is with carbon ceramic brakes as a standard
feature. $247,270.00 with options (4th year warranty, red calipers, shields, power seats, F/R
parking sensors, roll bar upholstery color, and red stitching).

Is that a 6 speed? My 07 Spider in Dec. was $233 MSRP without F1 or Ceramic brakes. I have the same options as yours but also Challenge grill $3K and Ball polished wheels $1500 and sub woofer.

The F1 and the ceramic brakes should add almost $28K to the msrp over my car with all the other options being the same but your MSRP is only $14K more. Are you including the price of the gas guzzler tax and the extra year waranty in your price of 247K?

On my 2007 spider the extended warranty was not an option, but mandatory. I assume the 2008 spiders are still this way.

    Mine is almost identical. Differences:

    No Daytona Seats (-$2912)

No special color request on piping (-$748)

No Hi Power audio with subwoofer (-$2064)

For a total suggested retail price of $247,240 (gas guzzler of $3000 already included
somewhere in all this). And yeah, I know our two sets of numbers are $20 off
somewhere, but given the total amount, I am not motivated enough to balance out
    the last $20!!!!

The extended warranty and carbon ceramic disk brakes are not optional, but that
was fine with me. Mine is pretty much a daily driver (1800 miles in first six weeks),
and the four year warranty is something I wanted anyway.

I don't have the invoice in front of me but mine is similar too. I didn't select the piping (tough call!). But, I added the CF upper, CF lower, CF driver, and CF challenge rear deck. Then I added the challenge wheels (not ball polished), bluetooth, and leather behind seating area. I think all of that ran about another 20 grand. When you add the CA sales tax, registration, etc it ran pretty close to 290 when finished.

I think the only things I didn't take were the CF engine area (I think it was around 11 grand), ball polishing, Nav, fire extinguisher, luggage, super Bose system, and custom paint. I had already planned to add the CCM and Power warranty anyway if it was not standard. But, for some who didn't think they wanted it, it can be a bit of a sticker shock to see the base price of the car rise about 20K from last year. You can get a pretty nice Camry for that!

Just adding the super Bose system and CF engine would have added about 18K to the price, plus tax. I didn't ask about custom paint.

I was told this week that mine's being made in June and showing up in July. I count each day on the calendar! One thing is certain.... I've decided mine will NOT be a garage queen, I promise you!

    Good luck!

I thought we had a 2008 MSRP price list with options for the coupe and spider but couldn't find the post. Can anyone point to it?
