    Suddenly people have green dots next to their name. What is the Green dot? Can I make mine red, no - wait - yellow, or orange how about orange, you know like "florida orange" Can I get velvet ropes for my dot?

    Green dots are for people who are green dot certified only. If you don't have one, you are not green dot certified, and you need to apply for your green dot certification. Red dot certification is not equal to the green dot. Only true green dot certified users can have the green dot next to their name. Any other questions?

    Not true. EC means you get stickers, the dot refers to certifications.

    I see the colored dot function is back. I didn't see it when this thread popped up, but now that I do, I'm certain it's an online status indicator.
