    I am trying to save some weight and want to change out my old battery it's time for a new one what is the lightest battery that you think woodworking 23 :48 in this anybody have any thoughts or direction I can go for lexan side glass

    a 348TV? woodworking? lexan glass in same thread. Mate you are talking in riddles, please take a little more care on a) which keys you press and b) a little less cryptic.

    I like lead acid snowmobile tractor or jet ski batteries. They are about 13lbs and work well if electrical needs are low like in a racecar. Im not a lithium battery fan because of thermal runaway issues that several racers have had that caused fires. Lithium is the lightest however and don't have the leak issue of lead acid.

    Why not run the stock-sized battery from the front, like Ferrari did on the later 348's? Shouldn't be hard to move it forward...
