    What is the tax that rate in Broward County Florida? Do they give Ferrari owners a break on the tax? LOL

    That whole area is around 7%, I believe. And no, no break on tax :). Interesting enough, New Mexico does give a break on tax for vehicle registrations (it was only like 4%).

    Sales taxes on vehicle registration in New Mexico is only 3% of the purchase price.

    Sales tax on motor vehicles in Broward County, FL. is 6% on the cash part of the transaction.
    ie. Cost of car 10,000 trade value of old car $4,000 you pay 6% sales tax on $6,000.00 = $360.00.
    Also have title, tag & registration fees and sales tax. on vehicle collected either by dealer or due and payable to Broward County Revenue Collector at time individual registers vehicle.
