It's the new not Ferrati/not Dino volume car FerrarI needs to make money- the company is now at a grow or die scenario in the market place. Not that it matters to me, really,- I don't forsee a future where I can own one of these cars, BUT - it makes marketing sense.
How do you figure? Ferrari is at a place where they would have to severely screw up repeatedly for several years to actually feel a hurt.
That's a pretty retarded statement. How could Ferrari be in a "grow or die" situation if entire production runs of vehicles have waiting lists.
"That's a pretty retarded statement. How could Ferrari be in a "grow or die" situation if entire production runs of vehicles have waiting lists." Depends on how much money they're actually pulling in from a very limited production based on emerging market needs. Also, I wanted to sound as authoratative as some o the other wankuhs in here. AND it sounded pretty ironic when I thought it, given the lengths Ferrari is going to to denounce the fact that they aren't building a small car.
If you want to sound "authoratative", you better learn how to spell first. Also, it wouldn't hurt to learn the meaning of the word "ironic" before attempting to use it in a sentence. It's ironic that even the song "Ironic" doesn't really use the word "ironic" correctly. ~shahedc .
What interests me is where did those pics come from? This would have to be from within the factory itself, right?
Ya know what guys I think he might be right, i'm sure Ferrari isn't making any money off their cars or the replacement parts. Better snatch em up quick before they close down the whole factory.....*rolls eyes*
That pic could be anything ! I don't even see anything that leads me to think its even a Ferrari mule !!
Awfully early in the morning for talking Ferrari Jim. If you think it's the new Dino, then I'm a believer.
There may be some truth to this guy's statement. I doubt F is as flush as we might hope and they do need a higher volume car to boost revenues. Kind of like P has done.(They just hit 100,000 997's worldwide BTW) This car(as I had guessed when the rumors first came out) and probably the Dino, is going to be produced in the Maser factory to use up more capacity.
It's very hard to tell what that car is. It is ofcourse very possible that it's the new "baby Ferrari". Ferrari will not name the new car "Dino", that is for sure.
http://www.rennteam.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=364718&an=0&page=0#364718 On reenteam they posted a picture, saying it could be this new ferrari v8 2+2... Any ideas if it is? Cheers, Ricardo
on the other hand, i heard from one of people being close to factory that the new dino will be known as Ferrari Dino - so it'll have both "ferrari" and "dino" part in its name
Does Ferrari even have the productioncapacity to built large numbers of ´Dino´s´ next to the 430/599/612?
Can someone tell me wtf this is? http://exoticspotter.com/list.php?page=0&batch=bt000147/bt000147_515023.jpg&model=all&make=all&location=all&frm=batch_listing
I think this belonged to the Brunei collection. There are pics of a silver and a red one. But I haven't seen any of this color EDIT: The Brunei car looks a little bit different (air inlets and front). So I'm not sure if they are the same
