    Typical eBay shenanigans ... he's wanting to sell parts from a trashed / burned
    car - set a "buy it now"/reserve that will NEVER be reached (duh!!)... only pay the listing
    fee and BIN fee (not very much) and folks interested in parts will PM the seller and
    work deals "offline". Global advertising in a VERY popular site, for a very low cost.
    Happens all the time.
