It's a hacked up Bora. Looks like a cross between a Bora and a Pantera.

Uhhh...looks like the offspring of a Bora raped by a Lamborghini Jalpa. Lets just call it LamBora.

BTW, this was at The 1994 Maserati International meet during the 1st day in Cortina. I've got lot's of nice cars there all on video though. This one really "stood" out ...
I never saw it again during the next 10 days though.

I'm trying to understand the purpose of the black portion, make that abortion.
Some sort of air flow thing or just avant garde ????

Yup. Maybe its a prototype for the american market, where Giugiuaro tried to match the rear end of a Bora to the US bumpers.

    *shudder*

    Helge:)

Aldo Cretini di Bragadoccio -the proud owner and instigator- thought it would have a better effect on the signorinas at the village café on week end nights.....

I'm surprised nobody mentioned Merak. Bora front with flat rear deck and partially hidden "struts from the roof aft to the tail. The curvature of the rear fascia around the tail lights indicate Bora though.
