    Hi Guys,

I recently inspected 2 ferrari 360's and happen to check out the under carriage of both cars.

It seems a little strange to me that both of these 360's have an unsightly welding mark on the "bars" which are located at the rear diffusers.

First of all, what are these called ?

Secondly, is it perfectly normal to have those welding marks on those bars ?

I would appreciate if you 360 owners could check it out on your own rides and let me know if you guys have the same thing as well ? Those welding marks doesn't seem too pretty at all.

The above pitures taken are from 2 seperate 360 modenas, one was parked on the street and one was in a garage as can be seen from the surface of the ground in the pictures.

What do you guys think ?

Didn't look at your pics but if its those two aerodynamic features back there I think that's normal.

It's a rear crossmember - part of the frame. Don't know if it has a name/part number since it doesn't bolt in & out.

Your pics are tiny, so hard to tell if it looks about the same as mine.

thanks buddy ! It kept me thinking that those 2 modenas that i viewed might be engaged in a rear end accident before.

But so now we know, the welding marks arent' that pretty afterall on a Ferrari :)
