What is this?

For you old school techs and DIY s out there. What is this? The seller sayd it is a leak down tester but the label says its a vacuum leak tester. I am looking for the leakdown tester that they used on a car at Algar but it only had one gauge not two.

Is this a dual purpose thing or doe the seller have it labelled incorrectly?

When I had a PPI done at Algar on a car I didn't buy, their Master tech there used a particular compression testing tool and leakdown tester. I want to get those.

As a matter of fact I hopefully have the compression tester bought and will know for sure this morning. I am still hunting for the leakdown tester.

I have videos of that PPI being done if they are of interest as well.
