    There should also be a little laminated card with the key codes on it.

    The cover should include not only the car cover, but seat covers and a steering wheel cover as well, all in a red bag.

    I was talking about the French equivalent of the IRS (The "fisc" short for "Administration Fiscale"). Since most of the people here are american. I was expecting people to understand.
