    Looks like moly disulfide/ moly graphite/moly extreme pressure, all would be fairly well suited for shifter linkage

    A white lithium grease will work there too. No heat and no load, almost any type of grease is fine

    That's the same grease that is commonly used to re-grease CV joints. You can purchase it at any auto parts store in small squeeze packets.
