Im waiting for my 360 to be delivered, what is the best brand I can use for detailing my car? In the past for my Mercedes I was just using Meguiers...I'm sure theres better stuff.

Pinnacle Soverign, can buy through auto geek. Very Nice, deep glow finish, but unlike many chemical and solvent based waxes, this one smells mild and pleasant, goes on like butter, and wipes off easily without chalk residue. Mothers detailing spray is the most pleasant to use for quick clean and shine between waxes. Just thought i would note this as few people rate products on impact on the applier, I value pleasant if not safe low toxicity products where possible.

I use the griots garage polishing compounds and pads for more serious paint correction, pretty safe on the paint and hard to do damage. The Poor Boys rubber plastic gel protectant product is great for satin gloss on tires and interior plastics.

I have used a whole bunch of products over the years, these have become the ones i always come back to.

can you be more specific as to what you are trying to accomplish?

    paint correction
    minor/routine detailing
    interior
    exterior
    etc.

There are a lot of products to be used from top to bottom

You can never go wrong with Meguiars. Also Griots Garage makes some good products.

    one word.....POLISH......before you wax..

If I were to place importance of quality of paint finish..I would place 90% on a good polish and 10% on a wax.

3m products on the body. First class all the way and most paint manufacturers recommend them.

OP, don't get tied to just one manufacturer. Some manufacturers make better this than that. I use literally countless different company's products.

wheels: - griots garage wheel cleaner, or sonax full effect
windows - megs glass cleaner, chemical guys window cleaner, stoners
tires - meguiars hyper dressing, all season dressing, optimum tire shine (not the gel)
    carpets - folex for stains
leather - griots garage is nice, leatherique
interior panels - einzette cockpit premium, 303 aerospace
wax - purely subjective...$200 waxes dont do anything on a poorly prepped surface, and I barely see a difference even after between waxes.
    clay - claymagic blue
quick detailer - chemical guys V07 spray sealant, meguiars last touch
wash soap - OTC meguiars wash and wax (yellow), gold class, chemical guys (any of the 10+ they have will do)
towels - I get all mine from detailedimage.com - drying, all purpose, wheels, etc
compounds/polishes - depends on what you are trying to accomplish: meguiars D300 with a MF pad on a DA followed by sonax perfect finish on a black pad on a DA is a killer combo for most Ferrari's I have done!
