    Ok instead of spending $30 / plate at the Hyatt like we planned, the fam decided to have lasagna at Moms. I made a vegetable version w/ pineapple juice, spinach, onion, zucchini, bell peppers, & the 4 cheeses. Mom made hers meatted w/ sausage & beef. Hey, the sausage was TURKEY! What did you eat today?

    Roasted 18 pounder, and a smoked turducken :D Turducken was freaking awesome.

    Buttered & poured American gravy upon and ate some of all of the above.
