    Now we know why two wine "experts" can disagree on the same wine. One loves it, the other hates it. guess we have to take these wine ratings with a grain of salt. BTW salt tolerance is important so take the test.

    My wife and I are both "sensitives" which means we can both continue to drink from the same bottle. those of you who are married to different types have a real challenge ahead. LOL ;)

    Tried the quiz. It totally missed the mark for me. Told me I like wines I don't really like.

    I like finer Champagne and some sparkling white wines. I'm not really much of a wine guy besides that. I guess I am just Euro American Trash :).

    Apparently I'm a hyper-sensitive taster. That's more, or less accurate I suppose. Although I do like some full-bodied French reds.

    I'm red all the way. Drank Sauvignon Blanc for a while but just got sick of it... There is such a bigger boquete for me in Reds than in whites or blushes. A good bottle of Cab Sauvignon and I'm delighted.

    The taste characterization was correct, but not necessarily all of the wines that I like. I'm kind of a wine omnivore--very little I don't drink, and almost nothing I won't drink when paired well with food.
