I can modestly say that after years of study Im fluent in two languages: English and Bad Language! Of the two Bad Language is easier to use, better understood, and a more effective means of communication. Other languages? When presented with a language barrier the solution is to repeat yourself louder and LOUDER until screaming, you get your concept across. Volume enhances clarity and comprehension, its a fact most tourists to Mexico know. The Master level, which involves a red face and flying spit, allows you discuss the Brix ratio of grapes or arbitrage with everyone from Massi warriors to Norse policemen. There is only one higher level of communication - fists. This language can come in handy at biker bars and other emporiums catering to folk with childhood and anger management issues. The use of belts, billiard equipment and furniture does not detract from the purity of communication; a well thrown eight ball can be as good as a chop to the esophagus any day. Just remember! Please and Thank you can go a long way, though not as far as a flying cane chair.

"I speak 128 different languages, but gibberish isn't one of them" - Danger Mouse (Penfield, Shush!) Je ne parle pas francaise Wa kaddi mas sen japanese Я не говорить по-русскй Nu vorbiti romaneste -- Why, there are dozens of languages I don't speak.
French English Italian Spanish (need more vocabulary!) German (need more vocabulary!) Really would like to learn mandarin, though.
English Russian French Italian (a little) German (taking intensive courses.) I like to think I am fluent in ebonics, but my friends say I sound like a ******.
English (fluent) Gujrati (fluent) Spanish (gets me by) Neange (Local Language in Zambia, but only the bad words) African Ebonics (alot of slang english, but mixed in with words from Zambia)
English Parisian French (as opposed to Quebec French) Brasilian Portugese (as opposed to European Portugese)
Ha. Me too. Years ago a friend and I were on line for a movie. The couple in front of us were chatting in some language neither of us could follow. My friend asked if I knew what they were speaking. "Not sure," I said, "Could be Polish." Then they started complaining about the line and suddenly I could understand every word: they were speaking Canadian French (but not from anywhere in Montreal I'd ever been). I also speak a little Italian - it comes back after a couple of days over there. A little Spanish, better if my Italian's on. A few words of German and even fewer of Russian. I used to speak Japanese pretty well but it's gone now from lack of use, probably forever. I also used to speak "Singlish" - Singaporean slang - but realized immediately that it sounds very weird coming from a Westerner.
If we're counting computer related languages then here ya go. visual basic/vba-computer teach taught me after hours html-during school hours php c++-teacher again javascript-yep teacher python-friend taugh me xml- picked this one up on my own.
First foreign language I pursued was Greek, as I was a curious fellow in the Sixth Grade about all things of Biblical origin. Too many syllables. Thanks to Cold War fears, I read, write & enunciate Russian & though any Armenian worth his salt (all of 'em) will deny it - Armenian (with the largest alphabet) has much in common with some dialects of the Russian Language - no matter, as I don't understand what I just heard, said or read more than half the time. Muy poquito Espanol - they talk too damn fast. I sound like a hick when reading Eye-talyun aloud. Pardon moi French However, I speak the following fluently: English Ebonics Rebonics (Southern Redneck, with a twist)
British (have to, my wife is from Warwickshire and refuses to learn American) fluent in Ebonics basic German decent French but rusty A few words of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam. Luckily for me, English is the modern lingua Franca
