Cant really ask for a royalty unless you took the picture or the picture was taken on private property. Otherwise, ferrari would get a royalty, the guy who waxed it, the tire manufacturer, etc. Its the same reason you can take pictures of the empire state building and sell them on the sidewalk outside

Guys I was only kidding, I gave RPM permission to use my car, in fact Monday a new auto magazine is going there to take photos and they asked me if I could bring my car for the photo shoot. I'd love to see my car a magazine!

RPM Racing is an independent shop In Huntington on Long Island. They specialize in European makes. The owners, Russ and Taso are HUGE BMW and Porschephiles. They do basic repair and service to custom fabrication. They work with 2 outstanding Porsche Factory Certified Master Technicians who provide backup and additional support on the more "complex" issues.

On the Ferrari Front, they provide overflow service to other local shops and un-named vehicle retailers. They have 2 Factory technicians who do the "Complex" stuff (Engine dismounts, Transmission work, etc.) -- similar to how they do Porsche work. Great guys. Car people.

They have a great labor rate, deliver on-time and always give a fair shake on parts.

They've got some new and gnetly used pipes from 360 Challenge cars for the REAL playa... Run THAT on the street! :)

Oh, and they put a Gruppe M in a 360 spyder with 2200 miles so they have some used silver intakes for a 360 available!
