What Race Car is This?

I'll take a guess -
Brabham Repco from the South African F1 Championship 1969 at Kyalami. I do not know who's car it is, but if it is a Brabham it would have to be Tingle, Puzey, Henderson or Rowe.

 

Can't help I'm afraid, but with the wings on the car, it was probably within a year of his assassination. Bardahl decal and 8 pipes tend to make me think it was an Antipodean series race car. Formula 5000? Tasman? Tufosi?
