I don't. I did look at paint samples in Maranello and I went through maybe 20 reds and kept coming back to Rosso TRS.
I too was looking at this. Couldn’t find any great pictures of it, or any description of it. Is it metallic? Anything it compares to?
Been stuck at Station 40 since the first week of May. No updates or pictures and no idea where it is.
Reviving an old thread, but an update. I saw Rosso Maranello in person and it may be the EASILY the most incredible color I have ever seen. It is specced on the 812 incoming, and now to decide on the Pista. Fuoco or Maranello.
Having just gone through the decision making process myself, I've concluded that the only way I could make a decision I'm confident with is to see the colors in person and make direct comparisons. Online images are not great representations, although they can provide some contrast (eg this is more orange/burgandy etc than that). It wasn't until I could see colors beside one another that I could confidently say which I prefer. Analysis paralysis is a real thing but It's a fun problem to have.
Yes. Seeing Maranello in person was a relief and joy. It was so perfect to what I imagined, that the extra 4 months of wait is worth it. I’ve seen a swatch of fuoco. Not the actual color.
If Fuoco is on the short list for your Pista, you should try and find a car in that color local to you. It’s a good excuse for a little road trip and may help you decide
If you're doing an Argento stripe, I'd say Maranello. The flakes in Maranello are silver, so I would think it would match well with the silver stripe. While I'm a huge fan of Fuoco, I don't think it will match the stripe. Too much orange and gold going on.
This is my thought as well. Will see after tomorrow. Not sure which stripes will work best with fuoco.
I like the stripes on the special cars. Can replace silver with gold and do gold wheels. Or white would work.
Saw fuoco at a small dealership of sorts. It was not lit very well and they were uninterested in pulling the car out to see it in the sun. Unfortunate. I was underwhelmed with it under poor light, but do have a good idea of what it looks like since my dealer has a large sample of it. Leaning towards Maranello to match the 812. All reds will be compared to it now after having seen Maranello in person.
That’s disappointing you weren’t able to see the car under proper sunlight. The decision to stick with what you know to be brilliant makes perfect sense. Personally, I’d be hesitant to roll the dice on a 3-L color based solely on internet images.

That car looks so good I wanna cry You do need to paint the inside of your fron bumper charcoal grey like OEM though. However, it really is true, that no picture can show any of these color good enough. You need to see them in person and you need to see them both on the sun and without sunlight.
