What route will the Ferrari tour use at Monterey--any landmark restaurant along the way?

On their website Ferrari says about Monterey 2022: "The celebrations kick off with a long-standing Ferrari tradition: a rally down the California coast toward the Monterey Peninsula. The drivers then take to the track at WeatherTech® Raceway Laguna Seca to face the famed Corkscrew turn."
They say "down" so I am thinking the tour must start up North from Monterey up near San Francisco. Maybe to get good pictures I could hang out at the most likely stopping place along the route, most likely a restaurant. But I'd have to know what city is their starting point so I could know when to expect them ? Would a likely route South be Highway 1? Entering it from where? (for example, taking 92 W to Half Moon Bay?) The destination is Weathertech so I'm assuming they will have a potty break/coffee stop well before they get there. Finally what day is this tour? I am assuming it is Saturday Aug. 14th because the tour transforms into the Ferrari parade when it reaches Pebble Beach at 2 pm. But that's a whole lotta stuff to squeeze into one morning before the deadline of 2 pm at Pebble.

 

Found a little video from 2021 that shows the parade of Ferrari SP2 Cars stopping first at Weathertech raceway (Laguna Seca) I expect we'll see much the same this time but not sure what day the tour goes up the coast nd to the track
