    Received notice my 812 finished production today and is being loaded on a ship. Just wondering if anyone has been able to track the container ship the car is being shipped on. Surely Ferrari has this information somewhere!

    About ten years ago they were using Messina line to ship to the Middle East. Can’t tell you what they use now though.

    You definitely should be able to find out.

    I ordered a Mercedes to my spec last year and as soon as a ship was scheduled I had her name from the dealer. It was in their computer system.

    Ask your SA to find out what ship it was. Mine did and I was able to track the ship, it was called the Vienna Express.

    My F12 sticker says airfreighted. Probably a 747-400.

    ha...cool stuff! Back in 2015 I ordered the "new" mustang. The mustang nuts were literally in dearborn watching ford put them all outside in these huge fenced in lots. Once in the lot they would ship via train or if somewhat local on a truck. Guys were able to see and find their cars before they were put on the train/truck. It was pretty neat to watch. Good luck.

    Typically air freight is only done if requested by the customer. I air freighted my 812, but had to specifically ask for it. I'd imagine my car would be on the same ship as the OP
