What should be connected to the digiplex boxes? 85 QV

I know they have the plug but what else should be connected?
Pictures would be helpful.

A small rubber hose to each conveying the pressure (aka vacuum) in the intake plenum.

 

Is there a ground wire?

 

My recollection is that there is a ground wire as The Meister already indicated in your other thread (I'll check your schematic tonight), but, IIRC, it connects to the mounting plate, or maybe a male spade ring terminal on one of the bolts holding the DigiPlex to the mounting plate or the mounting plate to the chassis (not to the DigiPlex directly). Have you had a look in the area for a presently unconnected male ground spade in the mounting plate area?

 

That's tomorrow's plan, I have issues with the cars running and wondering if this is the cause.

 

Nothing too clear on the schematic (it does show a local common ground connection, but no spade terminal connector). This red arrow in Meister's pic shows where such a ground wire might be connected (and it wouldn't hurt to inspect/clean-up/reseat whatever is there).
