What show in North America is the 458 going to be at?

probably Los Angeles. considering that they and other manufacturers skipped Detroit earlier this year, I'm not too sure much has changed to go back just yet.

 

The last word I got was that it was not going to be in LA. That may change though.

 

I dont even think Ferrari does Detroit anymore tbh.

 

LA is the most important show we have in the States. How could Ferrari not send the Frankfurt cars over here?

 

I highly doubt that they will not have the 458 at LA. I might need to call a contact of mine and double check now...

 

I said the exact same thing. But, the word I got was -- it's not coming. That was about a month ago.

The only thing I can think is that they are really not ready to start to sell it in the states and don't want to heat things up or they are still pushing Cal's and don't want to take the spotlight off it.

I do agree, it makes no sense. Maybe they will change their minds.... I hope.

Im hoping New York.Last year was very dissapointing.They had an unmarked stand with a 430 in black rotating on a platform.If we are in the region around the NYIAS,I hope the 458 is there.

 

la is land of ferraris. i predict that la will be the us premiere of the 458!

 

Over the last several years the newest car they offer shows up there and I expect it next year.

 

I would hang my hat on an LA debut of the 458. I am looking forward to seeing it up close. Of course a test drive would be much better. Best looking thing to come out of Montezemolo's garage yet.

Can't imagine. I would think Detroit and NYC far surpass the importance of LA. BTW, where is LA?

 

Not correct, the most registered Ferraris are centered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, at least according to most of the news networks last year.

 

The reason it was a small unmarked stand is because it was likely set up through a nearby dealer, and not Ferrari itself.

 

of course they will have their newest model in LA....
