My friends and I are going to Toronto this weekend and I was wondering if anyone here has suggestions on what we should do. I know its going to be cold but we all go to school in western new york so it shouldn't be that big a deal (haha). I'm the car nut of the group, but the rest of my friends would probably bare with me so any car places (exotic car dealers, shops to buy 1/18 scale models, etc.) are welcome. Thanks ahead for the help!

Check out Yorkville, usually a pretty good place to go to see exotic cars but I doubt you'll see anything in this weather. There is also the Ferrari Dealership, Rolls Royce, and Collectors Studio as well as some other interesting things to see. Also take the advice above, visit lamborghini, usually have some pretty nice cars in their inventory (recently there was an LP560/4 there!).

The Rolls-Royce storefront has closed on Avenue Road. The new facility at Grand Touring on Dupont is probably finished, not sure.

As for car model/book stores there is MiniGrid on Mount Pleasant and Autophile on Eglinton.

Yes, the boutique store is now closed and the head office at Grand Touring is now open (Close by Yorkville anyway). While in Yorkville you can visit fchat sponsor Mory at Collectors Studio.

Unfortunately Autophile closed their store on Eglinton to concentrate on internet sales. Not the same without Richard there....

....just to reconfirm how great life in Montreal really is!

Of course I'm lying....I'm visiting my son in Mississauga. To me, all of Canada is equally good...every place has its PROs and CONs.

About the only negative thing about Canada, according to a BC Canadian who now lives in New Zealand and owns/operates a Yachting charter business (not my words): "It's too close to the USA". ....;)
