What to do with an app idea?

Google app <the OS> incubator? I see some reviews, some theft stories, etc.

This is what I'm looking at:

I write iOS/Android/etc apps myself you can do an NDA but that is no guaranteed they won't take your idea and come up before you with a similar/better app. If you have some basics on design and stuff you can get it done by modules and then glue the black boxes, ask dev guy/gal/company to give you a module that takes this input and produces that output and build from there, otherwise you just have to trust and see what happens

Best bet is to make friends that are programmers and ask them to do it for you. I don't think there really is any other way around theft for app unless you know and trust the people you work with. I have a couple ideas myself and my brother is a programmer that said he will do it as he's interested in learning about the app world himself. If he wasn't a programmer, I'd be SOL.

 

FYI some devs don't play nice they pump up reviews for their App thru friends/employees and others go the xtra mile by bad mouthing a similar App. Somebody even got a wacky email trying to sue him because the App was similar, be careful out there.
