What type of lock nut for inner tie rod on a 308?

This may sound like a silly question, but I'm trying to quickly figure out what type nut goes up against the outer tie rod to lock the adjustment in place.

Car is a 1984 308 QV.

I plan on replacing my steering rack tonight, and the new rack did not come with these nuts. I have new outer tie rods also. My original rack of course still has these on it, but I'll bet they are stuck on there pretty good, and I would prefer all new (stainless if possible) hardware on there.

Are these lock nuts? Or just regular nuts? Anybody know the size? I have looked at the Ferrari exploded parts diagram ,and this nut is not shown.
