    I was rather fond of the Dodge Dakota R/T in that era,

    I watched them often beat the GN's and Mustang in the 1/4. Stock was 250 hp and 345 ft lbs torque and chip set were very common.

    Had a larger trunk than a 308, Vet and Mustang and could pull a boat.
