Astounding lightness...... Do you find it difficult to go from heavier timepieces to ones that are very light? I wear my Sub 99% of the time which is heavy enough to know it’s there, which I like. When I do switch off to something else that is very light in comparison, I find myself constantly noticing that the weight is not there. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Actually I fell strange for a couple of hours but I then get used to it. This is an incredible watch: made in aluminum it is INCREDIBLY light but it is scratch resistant. It has more than five year and it is one of the watch I used the most and it is still in mint conditions. Really incredible quality.
I’m also fascinated with your breadth of taste in timepieces. You certainly have a collection that is varied. Awesome for sure! Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I'm in love with timepieces since I was 10! In my life I've bought a lot of watches and varied my tastes. I started buying Rolex and then, when I wanted to start collecting, I started buying Patek. In the meantime I felt in love with particular Rolex: the one with stones. Due to the fact that I do not wear the watches of my collections I started buying light watches. First one I loved was Richard Mille. Then I bought this Journe, a carbon Zenith and a carbon Ulysse Nardin (which I'm waiting for). It is strange to think the watches I wear the most are the platinum Daytona and this Journe. Night and day
Bruno - I want to be you when I grow-up. Lol. While my watches are not in the same league, I and probably most of the people on this thread know exactly where you're coming from about watches. Cheers.
My wife would disagree She keep on seeing me speaking of watches with anybody Recently I've been asked to be consultant for a investment fund based on watches and she hopes I'll say no
I say that you should do it for sure. Sounds like fun! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Actually she does. We are married since 2000 and now she has an interesting collection too because of my presents
I love this watch...I've had two... an original Caliber 321 from the 60's that was stolen in the 70's... my wife bought a 20th anniversary in 89' to replace it..which I still have.(;-)
Since there are crickets here right now, and because some might remember my recent post about our oldest sons laser focused quest for a new Sub, I’ll share a picture that he sent me earlier today. I have to say that the new Sub is really nice. Rolex did a great job. If my older Sub didn’t have sentimental value to me I would want to upgrade.
