Did it on purpose because I want a V72 watch and don’t have one. You do. Then you posted it and made me jealous. So I figured I needed to get you back. :D

Like several others here, I really enjoy the Seiko diver, even if I’m not going in the water. It isn’t expensive or awe inspiring, but it is a great all around watch. Image Unavailable, Please Login

As you probably know, stainless steel, “off brand,” v72s from gallet, wakmann, LeJour, Yema, etc can still be found for under $2,500. Not the Rolex v72c you want, but...

I love this! Perfect size! I saw a Patek pocket watch several years ago that had been converted. It was a work of art.Now that we are used to ( and prefer 44-48 mm timepieces) and the appreciation and interest for vintage timepieces is increasing dramatically, I could see these pocket watches becoming very desirable.

Agreed this is my second one. Check out the work doughboy watch is doing with WW1 era pockets. I think they are on Instagram.

Curious to know, what is it about these particular watches that makes you want to add them to your collection? The mechanism/complication? Aesthetic? And, how would either improve your current collection?

Personally if it’s the chrono tourbillion combination there are a number of Breguet, Audemars, and even Zenith watches that I’d rate as substantially better executed and more aesthetically pleasing in this general price range, but knowing what your collecting objectives are would help narrow focus or provide input on these.
