    Looking at the new lineup from Rolex I think that nothing important came out. The waiting a whole year and crazy anticipation new line up is disappointing(except maybe few Daytona’s with the meteorite dial). Glad to have my 43mm sea-dweller on my wrist today. I think it’s their best watch overall, only if I could remove the cyclops . Image Unavailable, Please Login

    I have a green dial Daytona incoming (whenever my AD gets it) and then I’m probably done with new Rolex’s for a little while. Perhaps a Pepsi on a Jubilee as well.

    You’re right on. I wasn’t excited by the releases either. I’ve put in an order for the meteorite Daytona though:)
    Absolutely love the SD43! If I were to ever go down to one watch… That would probably be it!

    As said by mr Benjamin Graham, way back when....”Price is what you pay, value is what you get.” It’s never the price, but always the search and backstory!

    Rollie new releases were .......underwhelming. This Cermit is the only recently “new” piece that interested me, given new bezel and 41mm case.... Image Unavailable, Please Login

    Well the real answer come from gentleman’s guide. Supposedly when you’re at a formal event time means nothing and only the guests and event should take your focus.
    It’s a fashion/etiquette thing.

    Oh Lord! Don’t get me started on comfort. I have an often quoted saying;
    “If your expensive dressy clothes aren’t the most comfortable clothes you have I have 2 pieces of advice for you:
    1) Quit buying cheap clothes
    2) Get a better tailor”
